This very well-maintained FR3 30DS motorhome from Forest River has just 19,500 miles. This 3rd owner reports new tires and upholstery installed in the past 2 years, and coach batteries replaced a little more than a year ago. This 2016 version FR3 sleeps 7, and has a drop-down bed above the driver area, a large dinette, and a couch with a pull-out bed and reclining footrest.
The kitchen has an electric/propane fridge, microwave, and 3-burner Wedgewood Vision propane stove with oven.
Plenty of cabinet storage in the spacious living area with, driver's side front slide-out and 32" flat panel TV. Walk-thru bath has a shower with a skylight on the left; vanity and porcelain toilet on the right.
The rear bedroom has a king-size in a slide-out, 28" TV, DVD player, and plenty of wardrobe space.
The driving area has an integrated info center at the instrument cluster, a new upgraded Sony radio with driver speaker output, Android auto/Apple Car-Play, and satellite radio.
The exterior is very clean and features two slide-outs, a covered awning with LED lighting, and an integrated 32" outdoor TV. Four roomy storage compartments and one huge pass-thru storage compartment under the rear bedroom.
All sewer valves are in good condition with black tank flush.
The roof is in good condition with inspection and updated sealant in early 2022. Existing satellite television system installed which was not used by current owner.
This is a very nice low-mileage FR3 and will make life on the road a breeze.
