That's just the beginning of the upgrades you'll find on this coach. The tires were all replaced in 2020, they are Toyo tires with 8,000 miles on them. The coach has brand new shocks and the seller has replaced the coach battery with a Lithium coach battery. The lithium battery charger powers a 1,300-watt inverter system. Per the owner, this will last you all night long, 24 hours plus.
The RV has just been detailed, shines and sparkles, and looks really sharp in the Tiffin-designed Oceanside full body paint scheme with Vanilla Bean interior appointments. This is a Non-Smoker owned unit and NO pets have ever been aboard this RV.
As with all Tiffin Class A units built back in this time frame, you will find quality from front to rear. Solid wood cabinets, solid countertops, full-size residential refrigerator with ice maker, gas three burner stove with a gas oven. The microwave is also a convection oven as well. You will find plenty of kitchen cabinet room and prep room to enjoy cooking in your Class A motorhome.
The front area of the RV has plenty of seating room. Both driver & passenger seats will rotate around to face the living room area. The dinette will seat four and the L shape sofa will extend to make a lunge chair as well. Enjoy watching your LG TV no matter where you are seating. You have two TVs up front, one in the entertainment area above the fireplace, one in the bedroom, and an optional outdoor TV for your evening sitting out under the awning.
One of the very popular designs found in the Tiffin coaches is the split bathroom design. Shower on one side and full bathroom on the other side. The gives you much more room to get ready and gives everyone some privacy. Privacy doors are located on each side of the bathroom in the hallway.
The bedroom has ample closet space, the bed has a large storage area under it, and the mattress is a king-size bed, so you can rest easy at the end of your traveling and camping day. You even have a pull-down bunk bed up front right above the driver & passenger seat. This has never been slept on.
