The unit has a great floorplan for family and entertaining - exterior TV - great for tailgating or watching your favorite movie under the stars. The full-side slideout opens up the living space from right behind the drivers chair to the rear of the unit.
The furniture has been re-upholstered - so no peeling furniture in this RV! The sofa was replaced with a jack-knife sofa with a drop down center section for watching TV. The dinette was upgraded to a large U-shaped dinette.
The Entertainment center features a large flat-screen TV, stereo system with Satellite system, DVD player and plenty of cabinet space for all your DVDs or games.
The master bedroom features a King-size bed with storage underneath, a second stereo system beside the bed, a large flat-screen TV over the vanity at the foot of the bed, large wardrobe closets and plenty of drawer space for all your clothes and linens.
The bathroom has a large shower with skylight overhead, a separated toilet area, a bathroom sink with medicine cabinet overhead and cabinet space below. Across the hall from the bathroom is the stacked clothes washer and dryer units!
The RV has 2 13,500 BTU Roof mounted AC units - ducted, controlled by thermostats.
Outside, the exterior TV and speakers has its own awning (cover door) as does the exterior kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and there are cabinets for storage space and a quick connect gas line for a gas grill if desired.
All of the RV systems are easily accessible and clearly marked. The Generator is a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 that provides full power for the 50 Amp power system. The unit is equipped with an 1800 Watt inverter and has Automatic Generator Start system.
