This 2001 Tiffin Allegro Bay 36DB was bought as a drivable project by the current owners but some health issues have them focused in a different direction and moving on from the RV.
They started the refresh underneath the coach and have receipts that will be available for review during a showing and/or inspection, including a recently installed set of tires.
They also have a mobile RV tech scheduled for mid-October to install a number of exterior parts they've already ordered and paid for, including new AC covers on the roof. Details of this work will also be available for review as well.
The bathroom redo is the largest remaining project that must be completed to make the coach fully usable. The sellers have a new toilet in the box, but the buyers need to replace the cabinet and sink. The tub/shower appears to be usable in its current condition.
