2022 Chateau Thor Class C 22' self-contained RV is perfect for off-grid experiences
This Class C 22' 2022 Chateau Thor is a self-contained unit with solar panels to keep the house batteries topped off if not plugged into shore power. Boondocking, as this seller has done, is a great way to explore the country.
A 15' awning spans most of the side of the unit, over the screen door, to create a patio. The awning has LED lights for evening ambiance.
Upon entry the cab is to the right with a bed overhead. A TV swivels out from the wall to share with folks seated or sleeping in the dinette area. A privacy curtain can be pulled in the over-cab berth.
The cab is clean with driver's side and passenger's side doors, comfortable upholstered seats, carpeting, and a center console to hold drinks.
In the middle of the unit, the kitchen includes a covered sink with a fold up counter top to add more work space. There is a microwave/convection oven, a cook top with cover, and a refrigerator/freezer. Lots of cabinets, including under the dinette seats will ensure you have a place for all your gear.
To the rear of the unit and just outside the bathroom is a large mirrored wardrobe with drawers for clothing. The bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet offer some storage. There's plenty of light for a hot shower with the skylight and fan.
Next to the bathroom, the queen size bed is surrounded by large windows for a panoramic view of the landscape. All windows include pull down blinds. The bedroom includes cabinets and storage space, as well as access to the thermostat whether you're staying cool in the air conditioning, or cozy with the aid of the furnace.
Outside, there's a storage compartment, access to the propane tank, and an outdoor shower.
This RV has low miles and would be great for an extended trip and could even be used for a full-time adventure.
