It is a 4 season unit that keeps you warm in the winter and cools in the summer. Doesn't matter where you call home; you know it will be comfortable.
The main suite has a comfortable walk-around King Size bed and lots of storage in the closet and dresser and under the bed.
This has been lived in for the last six months. It is used as a spare bedroom, and it has worked perfectly.
The sofa needs to be reupholstered, but the two recliners in storage are in good condition.
