Looking for a great Bunk House floorplan - that sleeps 10~11 people - with an Exterior Kitchen? Look no further - this listing is ready to go camping! Loaded with everything you need and in great condition. Dual ACs, TV, Stereo, exterior speakers (LED lights), and that exterior kitchen with the largest refrigerator/freezer with a stand-alone ice maker, two burner gas stove top and sink plus cabinet space and a pull-out shelf that gives you counter space for grilling or other needs.
The sofa sleeper and the bunk house (with sleeping for up to six), depending on how you use the space, plus the master bed - provide sleeping for up to 10. The dining table and chairs can be replaced by the original large U-Shaped Dinette - all the cushions are stored under the bed currently - if you want to go back to a bench or dinette - you have the original cushions available.
The galley is fully equipped with a 2-door refrigerator freezer, a 3-burner stove top with a glass cooktop cover, a gas oven below the stove, and a microwave and a large kitchen island with a stainless steel double kitchen sink with a faucet that extends when needed. There is a full-height pantry and additional cabinet space in the island.
The entertainment center wall features a wall-mounted TV and stereo system with zones that allow music to be played in all areas or only where desired. The bedroom is wired for TV, as is the bunk room, and outside there is a bracket that allows a TV to be mounted quickly and easily with all the necessary outlets (electrical and TV service) for a quick hook-up so you can watch the big game or your favorite movie under the stars when at the campsite.
The bathroom is behind the entertainment wall - and features a large corner shower with a frosted glass door and a bathroom sink with a medicine cabinet/vanity mirror above the sink and cabinet space below. The toilet is opposite the bathroom sink, and there is a private entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom area.
The bedroom features a pedestal queen bed with storage space below (the U-shaped dinette is currently stored there). The bed has wardrobe closets with mirrored doors on either side of the bed and counter space on either side of the bed. There are cabinets above the head of the bed for additional storage space and electrical outlets on both walls as well. There is a fan mounted to the ceiling, and there is a location setup for mounting a TV bracket and connections for it on the ceiling. There is a privacy door to both the bathroom and the living area.
The bunk room at the opposite end of the RV features a seating area - with a bunk overhead on the right and on the left a bunk at the top and a second bunk with storage space below it that forms a stepped access to the top bunk. There is a wardrobe closet to your immediate left when entering the bunk room door.
Outside the large electric patio, the awning provides shade and the ability to enjoy the campsite and as previously mentioned the exterior kitchen, which is an outstanding feature of this model.
At the rear of the RV - there is a bumper-mounted storage rack that also holds the spare tire. It can be raised or lowered for use as needed.
All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessed around the exterior of the unit - power, water, sewer, and water heater. There is a manual stabilizer scissor jack on each corner of the unit. At the front is a power tongue jack, two 20-lb propane tanks with rock guard, and the house battery box. The unit also comes with a weight distribution hitch system.
